On saturday the 15th of january 2011 I drove to my very first
contest of the year 2011. A 10km run was on my schedule and I
wanted to compare my time from this run with my time of the New
Years Eve run 2009. With my starting number 105, I wanted to be
faster than 47minutes.
The temperatures were like in spring, so I decided to run with
short running pants and heating oil.
At 14:30AM was the start, And I started up really fast, so I ran
the first km in 4:13min and I had to slow me down a bit.
I passed the 5km point with a time of 22:04min, than at point
7km I broke down a bit and so I finished with a time of 45:13,3min,
I was really happy about it, a new best time for me over the 10km
distance and a little bit exhausted.
I also had to particpate at the winner ceremony, becasue I finished
on the 2nd place of 9 in my age-group and 6th overall of 76women
and 107th from all 325 participators.
Its not my fault, the second „h“ in triathlon...
