ASICS Stockholm Marathon 2011

At the 28th of may 2011, I ran my second marathon.. Over 16131 participants were on the start line and 15471 wanted to run the 33rd marathon in Stockholm. We had almost perfect weather conditions, 14degrees and cloudy The scenery was really  charming and the environment changed between forests of the royal park Djurgarden and the streets of a large town. The course is one of the most wondeful in the world.. After I received my starting number I inspected the finish area. The olympic stsdium of Stockholm Start was on the  28.05.2011 at 11.30o´clock Halfway thru after 21,1km... Now collecting all your powers for the last 5km until the finsih line.. Did it and really luckily after the race. 15471 participants arrived at the finish line.   Age-group: M45 Name:  Klaus Morlock Team: ASV Wolfartsweier (Karlsruhe) Place 2977th ; Place (AG) 447th; Overall time 3.36.26h (15min faster than my marathon here in Stockholm last year.
