Selection process: Pirate at the WEC Syke

The 8th run of the Weser-Ems-Cups in Syke is organized by my former club. And such event sonly survives, when anyone got a cap on his head and is so the head of all. I decided myself to prepare everything in this dog closet for the arrival of the Pirates of the Heide on Saturday and Sunday. Early on Sunday morning at 6o´clock in the forest: Moin Manni...you need to get to know him, because he prepare the best Bratwurst of the whole WEC. it is so tasteful- yes Ron- really, really delicious. You havent been here, you don´t recieve one, but this fellow here, knows what is tasteful…slobber... Finally the white horned Heath arrived, Thomas and Schoki. Schoki was really excited, because it was his first time to start as a Pirate and his first cross race... Before we got started, we invented a new cross discipline, carry rocks. But, we already saw it faster before… *g* ...just kidding…that were only the last preparations for the hopefully cross offspring. I really like the boy, who just rode straight ahead against the hindrance. It was one of the home team, a MTB, but we understand us... :-) ! Than it became serious,here you can see the whole Reeperbahn on the start and Thomas still feeling well. Schoki himself was in a blue funk. He had to start before Thomas, because of another age-group and wasn´t able to smile fort he camera anymore. Thomas, you can see him here, by defeating the Alp of Krusenberg…What do you think? Is it a fake smile???? Schoki on the other hand flew over the course and passed  almost everybody, or maybe it was the other way around.... Thomas tried to defy death with his rapid acceleration and even the other guy has to run for cover...Whew... What, did they ride over a cocks tails? Or they just lost feathers themselves....??? Finally it was time for „ Fury“ to defeat the Krusenberg. Soon, I was on single speed…give me a bucket…. "Hello?” Why do the men pass from behind? Unbounded cheek… Schoki  passed his baptism of fire as a new Pirate  and was allowed to come with us on the picture, and next weekend, we´ll exercise a little bit more in Goldenstedt... Until than, keep on training guys… Yes, it´s the big show... Greetings Moni
