I did it, I was able to kick the 360 W, and I´m really satisfied with my performance, I got a maximum pulse of 198. MY breath is allright and my legs are feeling good, even after 12mmol lactate, now it´s time for the season of 2012 to begin....

State Championships & Austrian Cahmpionship - MTB (3rd place on the extreme course with a riding time of 5:30h)
Luca, my son rode his first race and were able to entert he podium, he ended up on the 2nd place. He got very much fun on the bike and is really relaxed, while mum and dad are so excited.
Father and son are glad about the Pirate-supply.
First ski-tour in South Tyrol, more than 2000m of altitude and temperaturesat -10degrees.

But even Edgar was ale to reach his goal and recieved the 12mmol.
