Ecco Indoor Trail Dortmund – 2nd day: The middle distance

While we still felt the stresses and strains of yesterday in our legs, we drove again to Dortmund at the 4th of february, it was time for the 2nd day of the Indoor-Trail, the middle distance... But today you had to run or solve the well known course of yesterday 5 times. 5 times the loop course thru the “ Westfalenhalle” with each 1,2km. While we already got our starting bags, we were quite relaxed before the start. While we enjoyed ourselves by drinking coffee, we watched the other participants whoe were already on the course... Finally it was time for us again and we entered the course in a group of four...and every 30 seconds another quartet started... And the course became crowdy, just think about it , when every 30 seconds a new group of 4 enters the 1,2km long course...
