BSG Autumn-Run

Friday last week the BSG of theresearch station arranged their annually autumn –run, on the same course like the spring-run, all around the research station, about 8,4km. My girls already sat down on the podium before the race... Concentration before the stand off I go,well I ran… Because I wanted to run the very next day at the Ruhrtal-run, I decided myself to run an easy exercide run. It worked, but of course it was quite exertive. And at least it was enough fort he 1st place at the women´s race…Yes... I crossed the finish line with a time of 35:01min, a little bit slower than m course record here but at least ad 1st…4minutes ahead of the 2nd… Your Sveny TEAM PIRATE JULIACUM
