Trip on Sunday with our cyclo cross bikes...

It was a funny day with Willy Schaffner, Jens Schwedler and 10 other Pirates, while we had our cyclo-cross-technical exercise weekend. First something really new, Willy Schaffner tought us some special bike gymnastic exercises.. It´s look like Pirate´s having to much rum... lift your legs... everybody joined this new adventure and Jens Shwedler was very amused… Than we went to Klövensteen....sadly we met, maybe because of the good weather, lots of pen-pushers...maybe they felt them bothered...sry for that... Schwedel showed us his exercise hot spot and told us how to get better over hindrances… …and soon we remarked, what for rookies we are, in opposite of Schwedel…light years away from him… Jens worked out with everybod their problems... After all we were quite exhausted but really happy… Bytheway, for a moment we were quite afraid for our teacher, because, next to him was an 8m abyss... Results of the weekend: Dani: broken spoke Jule: broke her gear... Ron: lost his fastening materials of his brake Werner: flat tyre... but, everybody was happy and alive and we´re looking forward for the next technical exercise in march 2013... Ronald Prinzlau
