1. Debanttal Sprint to the saw...a short but really hard´n tough MTB-race...

We started within only a secong difference, so the field was very close together...it was a fantastic race... 11th place time: 00:22:42   The Toiflgroup Debant and the Sport Club of East Tyrol invited for the 15.09.2012 for the 1st Debanttal sprint  event. Patric Plankensteiner and Anita Linder were the fastest on their bikes. One purpose of the organizers was to present some new stuff for the MTB-sport, and the large field of 90 hobby-sportsmen prooved, that they were right. The start was at 15:00o´clock at the Haidenbergerhof in Alt-Debant, while the MTB´s started each minute by Konrad Glänzer out of a awesome starting rmp. Lots of viewers were by the side and cheered at every rider along the way, passing the pub “ Mühle” and the Perlogerhof. We had to solve a course of 5,3km with 455m of altitude. Patric Plankensteiner firstly reacjed the finish with a time of 20:20min only 11sec later Ulrich Mattersberger reches as 2nd the finidh followed by Georg Oberhammer with a tme of 20:55min. The women´s race was won by Anit Linder with a time 30:28min, 2nd was Magdalen Lampecht with 31:04 and Cornelia Baumgartner with a time of 31:33min.   Bulletin: Raimund Mühlburger   Michael Zanon
