Public Services Run  in Düren by the TV Arnoldsweiler

Another running premier for myself, this time at the 29.09.12 at the Public Services Run in Düren of the TV Arnoldsweiler. The start and the finish were located in the Keimes-sport-park, a really nice site. When I left home, it was all raining and in Düren it was sunny and dry, almost the best conditions, even for the supporters. You had to run 10km seperated into two rounds. The start of the race was a little bit delayed, but than it was running time... The course was quite comfortable to run, only small up and down passages. You could run a constant speed, by the way, thank you to the Lion of Hambach, for his constant running and his wind shadow...thanky you... After the first round they told, that their was no other women in sight behind me, but I wante to keep the pace. It works and so I finished with a time of 38:55min and became the first women overall, YES.. This means, 7th victory in a row...YEAH...
