Raini`s Triathlon-Foodie Kitchen Küche ... or what to do in the case of hypoglycemia???

We all know, that Raini likes to eat sweets, and that his wife Sabrina is already used to it, but even she, hasn´t see his nutritionhint before at the triathlon in Hamburg. Something really new out of his fast and un-complicated kitchen... Now, the receipt is quite simple: You have to take a lump sugar, as well like some bread, than an empty plate and a knife. But before I start, take a look at Pirate Schmedemann in the background. Than you cut lump sugar into slices and place them on your bread. Well, really tasty, and Pirate Schmedmann had to drink on it… I think everybody already know, that I tried to ride on a horse during the last winter, but I still don´t know, why Raini likes to eat  lump sugar???
