10 km run in Herzogenrath

This time I went to Herzogenrath to participate at an 10km run on the last Saturday in October. It was a quite huge event, while weh ad a bright sunny sky with cold temperatures, luckily the start fort he 10km was at noon. First, you had to ran a round thru the stadion, than you entered the forests and the wonderful Wurmtal… You had to run two almost flat rounds. Right from the beginning I was able to put to the top and lead of the race and after the first round I had a small gap. Finally I crossed the finish line with a time of 39:24min as the first women, with more than 2min in advance. YES… Your Sveny TEAM PIRATE JULIACUM
