At the 20.04.2012 was the annually time trial in the forest of Hofolding, in the south of Munich.

I thought this must be a good exercise , one week before my season opener, the Munich triathlon in the Olympic Parc at the 29.04.2012. The weather shoudn´t bet he best, but what we had on race-day...  …I though about, not to participate here, to cancel all this. Just before the start, all things looked good, we even got a sunny smile, but than we became rain and the temperatures dropped on 6degrees. Not my weather. But pull on some warm stuff… Overshoes, .. ... helmet and getting ready fort he start. By warming up myself, I freezed a lot… How should things come during the race???? All wet right before the start, I made my way up on the 7km turning point course. Overshoes and gloves were the right choice. After 14km, I was happy to reach the finish, I dressed up new really fast, jumped in my car and rode home to get a hot shower.
