Victory in Kaltenkirchen

While my beloved  husband still lay in bed because of an injured back and I trained pretty much this week and I was in a good mood at the start in Kaltenkirchen. As a matter of the slippery ground I wasn´t able to start pretty good, but at the first the hindrance I was able to pass Lena and were the 3rd to entert he forest. Anne and Lisa pushed the pedal pretty hard, but with the support of the other Pirate I was able to pass both of them. Mud, snow and ice and a really clean forest ground which looked like an interstate lane, my beloved conditions and I was able to win my first race after the Northern Championships and two 3rd place. Here you can see someone smiling with lots of mud in her face by wearing her orange jersey… Silke did also her best and ended up on the 5th place afterall right behind Suse Rautenberg. Robby became 4th and Volker rode down all the others again and defended his leading jersey again. Next time we will probably participate in Harburg and I´ll be as well highly motivated at the starting line.   Your Beni
