Race bulletin from Neumünster:

So, now I´m doing cyclo-cross again! Obviously I wanted just to run, but I injured myself in august and had a break for more than 2month, 2 month of no cycling nor running. I felt terrible, than finally I was able to ride my bike again and to run, but no longer than 5km… Luckily I don´t got a license this year fort he bike sport and so I was able to start last Sunday in Neumünster at the hobby above 40 race. There were about 33 other participants with me, I was quite excited because I´m not in that good shape at this moment. Don´t care, starting signal and full throttle… I did my very best and rode my fastest speed, but it was just enough fort he 7th place overall. I don´t know if it´s good or bad, at least I had fun…   In Kiel I´ll be there aswell Greetings Leif
