24h MTB race at the Nürburgring

Next time, I´ll start here with my roadbike again, but at least with my caravan... I already did before the 24h race on a roabike in 20120, but I heard before that it often rains in the north curve, I decided myself to do it by MTB. We had a wonderful trip to the Ring, it took us moren than 1 hour to get to the Elbe tunnel, than it start raining on the way towards Bremen, that we were ony able to drive 60km/h on the left lane, than we had 3more h with traffic jams and stop`n go traffic until we finally reached our destination after 7h. When we arrived, I asked myself if the smoke therapy of Rainer would be something for myself as well. The guys of the roadbike team, already had their tent camp and tried to hide from the rain...Bütti even tried to swim with his sleeping bag, that night. The day after( Svennie invited the vulture and myself in his comfortable caravan), we went for breakfast to Subway… After the breakfast, we discussed our stragedy in his caravan. Finally…it was time, for the show to begin.... ...and so we waited for our fate.... Rainerbooked and reserved for us the best places on the camping site The vulture and Sven waited here for Moni to arrive. In the back of the picture you can see our chill-out-area. As we awaited from him, the vulture rode the fastest laps… Wellness was a very important part of us...sometimes it felt like I´m on holidays. The vulture behing our Wellness-area Svennie as we know him, by making fun ...and Moni how we know her....fiercly fighting... Of course, I did it my way....relaxed and easy... Passing the  Nürburg... Late in the evening I remarked, that it was some kind of fresh, and that I got nothin to wear or put on with me. Luckily Bütti lent me his arm warmers. Thanks Bütti... .…early in the morning at 6:00o´clock, the night was all over again… From my „hotel window“, I was able to see the course and was also able to control the camping site and the rest of the bunch… For sure, we had lots of fun and of course we rode, easy and relaxed. At the end, we ended up on the 3td place in the 4mix-team.ranking. Whew, if we only knew it before.   Ronald Prinzlau at this point, I like to thank the sportograf fort he nice pictures
