Gran Canary Island or now you know where I got my shape…

After I reported you of two contest in the past, I will show you, where I got my shape from. I got it in February on Gran Canary Island. We were seven and were separated on two different locations, because three of us booked their holidays later and also just were able to stay for one week, But once were together, we spread fear in the environment of Puerto De Mogan. We did it on our road bikes, while we rode really often up the Ayacata, where you find a really nice ascent and lots of other road bikes, like Katrin Schwing, which greeted really friendly to us. Of course we rode the Pico de las Nieves as well, the highest mountain of the Island.We were quite lucky with the weather, so were able to see the Teide, the highest mountain of  Tenerife. For everybody who reaches the peak, and is totally exhausted. They now got a small white SUV up there, whosells coffee, water, bananas and lots of other small things. Also they got Pain-gel, if you got a back or a joint which hurts… At the end of the 10days trip, we lent us MTB´s for three das. This year I received a fully, which matched. A small fully with a skull. Lots of fun weh ad, while we were riding on the small way to Soria. And on such really rough undergrounds is a fully quite better than a hardtail. I even had some time to swim and to to run. Every morning I run a bit before breakfast and in the evening to the beach. I gotta tell ya, Puerto de  Mogan got a nice bay, where you can swim really wonderful. No questions, we are coming back. Doro
