my first victory of the seson - at the MTB-Single time trial in Rodenbach. At the MTB-Single time trial cross coutry race, which belongs to the MTB trophy Saar-Pfalz, it works like that, 3 riders each minute had to go on the 3 rounds with each 9k´s and 150m of altitude.

The course was really tough, after a speed part right after the start you came in the forests with root trails, short stiify uphill parts followed by fast down hills and a technical part, made lots of fun.

After all : a real nice, small contest wit about 180 participants in the paradise of single trails in the Pfälzer forest…
