MTB-technical exercise.

Bike-virus An additional term. Learning by doing and completing skills. Narrow scavenges or curves, root passages, stiify down or uphills parts.

If you absolve such a lesson, you gotta be a little bit more better than before, garantated.
Schedule : Arrival by bike about 20km and than 3h technical exercise.


OPTION: A small race after completing the lessons. Finish in a bar( on own costs ) return journey. Sauna and swimming with extra charge.

The grades What to learn ? Your requirements
Beginner grade 1 Whats a MTB. Basic knowledge Seating position,these are a few points you learn here. How to you the bike, playful manner of cycling. Requirements not necessary. Bike disassembly, patching tyres, bike caring. No requirements but cycling
Beginner grade 2 Conquering smaller hindrances, braking characteristics and riding curves will be learned and trained. On a tour we get to know your shortfalls and fight them - Few months of riding MTB and 40km and 500m of altitude are no problem for you
Advanced grade 3 Single trail – curves border – riding root trails,more ambitious. Getting started in a steep area, as well like savely trained downhill rides. Small jumps, long single trail passages. 3000km yearly on a MTB and about 800m of altitude, regularly cycling
Bike extreme Jumps, single trails and more, simply cycling on a higher level on unknown grounds. You´re an expert, just trying to refine.
