A 0.9m/1,6km swim, 27m/44km on my bike and a 6.2m/10km run were the distances.

The swim was 2 laps of 0.45m/0.8km each with a walk ashore between them, great!! After 35 minutes, I got on my bike. This is when I realized just how hilly the countryside of Schwerin really is. The wild ride took me 1:18h.

Then I was off and running. I was able to move up a few positions with the 12th best run time overall (38:45min) and came in 51st out of 102. 13th place in my age division out of 31 starters.
