Last Saturday we were at the start line at the relay-marathon at Steinfurt.This Run should be for the preparation for the Hermanns-RUN in April. After the Start in front of the Castle in the town Quarter Burgsteinfurt the way leads through the rural park areas of Münster to another town quarter named Burghorst and than all the way back to Burgsteinfurt

So, they offered a mixture between rural and urban sightseeing run and everybody get`s ones money worth.

The way which combine the City-quarters of Burgsteinfurt and Borghorst, was a circuit over 21,1km, which the participants runs in succession as a relay.

The First round had 64 DA(Difference in altitude) and ist being measured by AIMS. My time at this nice Contest Day was 1:41:11 h. The time from my Running Partner Rolf was 1:46:27 h. Together we had 3:27:37 h
