On September 29, 2007, we made our way to the German Championship Revance in Toender, Denmark, with 4 riders. On the trip up we were afraid that the race would be cancelled, since it was raining buckets. During warm-ups… rain, rain, rain and then, right before the start, it finally stopped and the race was saved.

In between the runs, I took little breaks - the prelims went well for me - but in the finale, I had to race the licensed riders and one of my strongest competitors Bo Jacobsen.

Exhausted from the 14 starters, I came in 3rd and was finally able to catch up to Bo.
