On Sunday Mike participated in the Herdecker City-Run. First in the 3m/5km run and then in the 6m/10km run. In the 3m/5km he came in 3rd in the age division 40 in 20:20,

in the 6m/10km he ended up in 8th in 42min. in the same division.

The track is a 1.55m/2.5km lap with 4 hefty ascents...
