Hello Pirates,

Yesterday I won my Age-group (45) at the Steinbecker triathlon. Swimming wasn´t a good thing that day, I came as 65th out of the water, but got of my bike as 14th, just to finish on the overall place of 18th. We had to swim 500m, bike 28km and to run 5km. The supporters.... My time 1:23:33h. In the list of results it says that we only rode 14km, but we had to ride the course twice, so it made 2x 14km is 28km. Rainer Kowalzik and Maren Pfeiffers were also on the start, we all had a good day with some BBQ afterwards at Mike and Karin. I think, he´ll do a bulletin as well… Greetings Mike
