Moin, Moin,

Normally I wanted to start at the 8th of august in Neustadt/ Winestreet, I even arrived a day earlier after a drive of 3h. But than on Sunday morning, I didn´t feel that good to particpate and so I drove back home( 3h again). 6h in the car and not one minute on the bike isn´t really satisfying. And because of this I went at the 21th of august tomGRafschaft to do the short distance course( 47km and 1150m of altitude, it was the 4th run of the NRW Nutrixxion Marathon Trophy. Because I now stay lots of my time in my bureau in Düsseldorf,and becasue of this, I got in the morning and in the evening a longer ride home, or to work, I got less time to exercise, and of no or less traing, you won´t become faster. In my age-group I finished in mid-field. Shortly before the start, on my way to get my papers, I met Andre Döring, he wanted to atart on the middle distance, he also landed in the mid-field of his age-group. My next race will be the race in Plettenberg, and that race will be the starting signal for my seasonal home straight, because after Plettenberg I have the next 3 weekends, all the times races, if nothing comes in between.
