At the finals of the national offspring sighting in Bayreuth, I participated as well. Only the best MTB´s of Germany were on the start and fought a fierce battle for the places. Sadly the weather was bad, it rained all night long. The slalome contest on Saturday wasn´t the best for me. The first run was wuite good but on the second, I tried to find a short cut into the forest and lost,lots of time and a good overall placement. But on the cross-country contest on Sunday everything went better for me. After 3 hard rounds on the CC-course at the Festspielhaus Bayreuth, I finished just a second after the third. This is a good result for me at the national offspring sighting. Next week I´ll try to defend my leadership in the Albgold-cup and want to get the overall victory... See you soon, your Romy
