chance for tupper ware .
Last weekend I ran the marathon in Salzburg, the year before in
2009 we had sunshine but this year 2010, we had rain and temperatures
around 6,5 degrees and did I already say rain???
I raced from the beginning till the end with a plastic cover over
me, but without a clock, but I did all the 10km in the same time
agood exercise run. Well, to recover from that event I wanted
to ride my bike the week after it. But the low-pressure area remains
over Munich and so, ist still cold and raining, but I didn´t want
to disclaim on my bike ride, I grabbed me some freezer bags( very
thick )
as well like some plastic bags ( they´re thinner and so you´re
still able to brake and to shift )
as a protection of cold and wetness and put them over my shoes
and gloves. Packed like this you´re able to ride at least 3hours
daily
As a reward each evening I had a hot bath.
