After everything went so well with 1ok New Years Eve run( you
remember), I prepared myself for the next quest, a half-marathon.
A good friend of mine said very spontaneous that she would also
like to participate, so I made a collective order and she became
a female Pirate too. So, we went to Bad Kreuznach, to compete
at the 20th Int.Seppel Kiefer Memorial run”. Don´t ask me, who
that guy was…
Just before the start I lent Nora a pink jersey of me, if it says
Pirate on the starting list, it got to be a Pirate in a Pirate
dress. But we attracted very much attention with the pink dress.
We started with a 1,1km opening lap to run than 4 rounds with
each 5km. Because I don´t know how to race a half-marathon, I
began to run like I felt to. With a constantly speed I arrived
at the finish-line with a time of 1:40:02h. Totally exhausted
but happy…
All this, brought me the 3rd place overall from 21 woman and the
2nd place in my age group. So, runners all of the world, better
get dressed warm, Doro is coming and getting faster… J

the exercise camp…
