Third age-group victory in a row for Maren, over the 5km course.
The serial is running.
On sunday the 6th of february we started at the Street runs in
Bertlich over the 5km distance, a further test for our coming
season. The weather was, yeas the weather was…it was a little
bit warmer than last year with 9degrees, so we put on the shorts
pants, but we had more wind than last year. And of course the
wind came from, yes we had head-wind…
We crossed lfileds and meadows and finally ran a round in the
stadium before we reached the finish line.
While we had coffee and cookies, we were waiting for the winner
ceremony, and we waited really long this time. The start was at
13:00 and the ceremony at 15:00o´clock.
But we knew what we´re waiting for. Maren, again on the 1st place
in her age-group and 44th overall and myself on the 5th place
in my age-group and 35th of 123 partipants.
