Cycletec time trial-series 2nd race over 22km

Hello Pirates, on Good Friday, was the 2nd race of the Cycletec time trial-series in Krefeld. There were lots of starters this time, maybe in fact of the wonderful weather conditions. This time you had to ride the 11km turning point course twice. I started almost first in my age group. The field was really strong, and some of the guys, are able to ride 40average speed on this course, so, nothing to win me this time, again…   After 34:59minutes ( 37,73 km/h average) I crossed the finish line at the 11th of 19 starters in my age-group, the elite-class. The total amount of riders this time was 59 participants, but I was able to move forward on the 9th place in the overall ranking of my age-group. At the 8th of may,we´ll start on the 22km course agaian, I hope, I´m able to ride a little bit faster than, to upgrade my time by seconds, and of course, not to forget the weather…  By the way, I want to say special thanks to my Pirate-sister Maren, Rainer and the macot Benny.
