Nike wintertime running series 3rd run (half-marathon)

Moin Moin Piratas, Clouded sky over Wedau: not really the right ASV-weather. But the temperature were allright for the shorter distances around 10degrees. Again their were over 4000 starters at Germany´s largest winntertime running series.. Exact at 15:00o´clock, we started for the 21km distance, my goal was to reach the finish line with a time of 1:28h. To cut a long story short, I made it, right on it. ( 1:28:01h) And because I still want to run this year some more halfmarathons, I think, I´ll upgrade this time a bit. The next half-marathon for me , is the Rhein-Ruhr-Marathon at the 29th of may, but first, I´´ compete at the Grundfos duathlon in Mettman at the 17th of april. And on Easter-Sunday, I´ll compete at the bike-race “ around Cologne” just for getting to know my bike again… By the way, I finished on the 100th place overall from about 2600 runners and in my age-group ( 45-49), I took the 25th place of 500.
