Rosstrappen Downhill in Thale

Hey, here you got a small bulletin of the Rosstrappen Downhill in Thale. I gota say it before, it was a painful and a lossy weekend… During the exercise, I killed one of my jersey´s…. In the qualification run, came the big point, after 50m in the race, my shifting gear wrapped itself right around my cassette and ripped three spokes out of my rear wheel and so I had to push the brakes really hard, and during my brake-action, my sadlle got away from the seat post. After a walk of 2km with my broken bike, I reached the finish and ended up on the last place, of course   At this point I´ll like to say thank you to the guys of “ Alutech Race Factory Team” fro fixing my bike. In the final, I was allowed to stasrt from the first place, and wanted to get the best time with this, I planned it like this, but than, during a high-speed-passage, was a tree, and I was from 50km/h to nuthin´ within´ a second.   When I reached the finish, I got the best time, but only for a few moments,  but afterall it was only enough for the 18th fastest time...of 18.   Here you can see a list of my wounds and broken bike-parts of this weekend:   1 saddle 1 shifting gear 1 gear cable 1 chain 3 spokes 2 jerseys 1 paif of sox 1 bruised back 1 bruised thigh 1 sprained foot 1 bruised hand 2 small abraisons But I got some nice pictures for you: greetings Stephan
