Finished Top10, at the time trial of the SpVgg Höhenkirchen near Munich at the 26.04.2013

Like last year I used this time trial to prepare myself for the season of 2013. The whole course was blocked for traffic between Hofolding and Otterfing. The course was almost flat, but it was really hard to push full throttle, right from the beginning In between my pulse was around 190BPM, but afterall I had an average speed of 43,59 and was really happy with it. My next preparation race will be at the 5th of may, the bike marathon of Achensee… Lots of greetings, Daniel
